 Mental Health Moments Danni Andrew started writing meditations around 2004 or 2005.Those meditations have blossomed into meditation, poetry and short thoughts she shares on her page called Mental Health Moments on Facebook. These little reminders of a simpler time are also shared in her coloring books which include journal pages, to do pages and coloring pages. This is the third Mental Health Moments coloring book she has produced. This book includes mandala style artwork that has been adapted for the entire year and includes fifty-three weeks which consists of a to do page, three journal pages and a coloring page which is large and in-depth. I hope you enjoy this book and the small meditation reminders of a simpler time on the to do/appointment page for each week. You will be able to put in the dates as you go so you can start at any point in the year.
